This course introduces tools to help you to improve your own wellbeing and quality of life. You will also explore strategies to help you cope and manage proactively in your caring role.
You will meet other carers and have the opportunity to share experiences and emotions in a safe space. We’ll also help prevent isolation and loneliness by connecting you into all of the community activities that are currently available.
This is a short version of our three-day course.
