Free 1-day course for unpaid carers caring for someone experiencing mental ill health, looking at ways to manage your caring role alongside your own wellbeing.
Subjects we’ll cover together include:
  • Understanding ourselves
  • Understanding mental ill health and its effect on how we communicate, see the world, behave and relate to others
  • Dealing with unexpressed emotion
  • Anger Management
  • Healthy coping strategiest
  • Mental Health resourcest
  • Identifying future needst
Our courses are FREE and include all materials and travel expenses.
