It sounds so simple: say what you mean; but sometimes what we try to communicate gets lost in translation, despite our best intentions. We say one thing, the other person hears something else – and misunderstanding, frustration and conflict often follow.

This course offers practical skills to help you to listen — and to communicate your needs to others. into all of the community activities that are currently available.

On this course you will learn ways to communicate more effectively so that you can:

Connect better with others
Build trust and respect
Feel heard and understood

Ask for help more effectively
Learn to listen, talk and be heard.
