Do you sometimes feel tired, stressed and overwhelmed by life and your role as a carer?
Being a carer and worrying about the health of our loved ones is not an easy responsibility. Add the need to juggle other commitments in life and it’s understandable that many of us become worried, anxious and stressed.
If you feel you need help in this area this course is for you. On it you’ll learn:
  • How to identify stress
  • How to recognise when you are stressed
  • The impacts of stress
  • Strategies to manage stress and anxiety
