This course introduces tools to help you to improve your own wellbeing and quality of life. In the mindfulness approach there is nothing to `fix` or `solve` or `get right` – there is nothing wrong with us. Mindfulness helps us to be with things `as they are`; to hold steady and acknowledge moments of fear, challenge, hurt, etc with self-kindness. It is so easy to habitually slip into reacting – with worry, irritation, rumination, under or over eating, blame, guilt, pushing ourselves when we need to rest – to name but a few.
Mindfulness helps us find new ways of being with difficulty so we have more choice in how to respond at times of difficulty – with greater kindness to ourselves and the situation.
Our courses are FREE and include all materials and travel expenses.
