Singing for Carers

One-day course | 10:00am – 3.30pm
Group singing is the one thing in life where feeling better is pretty much guaranteed.
Singing can help you to relax and reduce depression and anxiety. It can help your health and increase your wellbeing — and it’s a great way to meet new people.
