26 unpaid carers enjoyed a three course meal at the Queens Hotel on Thursday 14th June. We would like to thank Gemma and all the staff for a wonderful evening enjoyed by all. This celebration was organised by Promas CIC to celebrate National Carers Week.
The theme for this week was well-being and connections.
Promas CIC run free courses County wide to provide support and information to unpaid carers to help them to remain well and maintain social connections.
Unpaid carers experience social isolation and many do not have time to care for their own wellbeing due to their caring roles.
Promas CIC aim to support all unpaid carers to help them care for themselves as well as the people they care for.
