Promas CIC is in partnership with Two Bays Trust which is a community-run coastal conservation and wellbeing charity based at The Coastal Centre at Trevathan Farm Shop in St Endellion, near Port Isaac, on the breathtaking North Cornwall coast.
It has been proven that spending time in the natural environment significantly boosts physical health and wellbeing by reducing stress, lowering blood pressure, and increasing happiness. And that is what The Two Bays Trust is all about! Join them for four group sessions on the stunning North Cornwall coast, where they will take you out on the South West Coast Path, down to the beach for beach combing and rock pooling, and show you their Coastal Centre and garden so that you can get your hands dirty, try some nature-based arts and crafts and meet the alpacas, goats and emus. These sessions are relaxed and calm and are focussed on you. There’s no pressure to take part in any activities you are not comfortable with, and they can tailor the sessions for all abilities.
Our courses are FREE and include all materials and travel expenses.
