Free social outings

Information for carers, please read before signing up to a social outing

Dear Carers we have put this together so that we can communicate simply the process we
are using for accessing and using our services. We like everyone else must be mindful of our
costs and have a tight budget to fulfil. We want to avoid as far as possible course
cancellations or cancellations of activities and want to give every carer a fair opportunity to
attend our courses and activities.

Socialisation can help improve our mental and emotional health…. Confidence and self-esteem…. Increased quality of life…. Reduced blood pressure…. Reduced risk of Alzheimer’s. … Boost immunity and other physical health benefits…. Increased brain health…. Promotes purpose…and so much more
We fully appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can arise which may force you to withdraw your placement from the course or activities. However, please be aware that cancellations, especially last-minute ones, may result in the course/activity no longer running. Not only does this negatively impact other carers but it also has a financial cost to us. Therefore, we ask that all carers take this booking seriously.
