Promas CIC offers free places to people who are caring for a family member or friend to attend our courses .Each course teaches carers the emotional, practical and resource skills necessary to help them to continue in their caring roles.
It costs £100 for one carer to attend each day of a course. This money pays directly for all the carers costs, attendance, resources, course text book, travel and refreshments.
To keep these courses free and available to all carers we host fundraising activities and ask for donations.
