32 people attended the Ritz style event held at Ben’s Cornish Kitchen in Marazion on 23rd February 2014 which was to raise funds for unpaid carers in Cornwall.Speakers included Directors of Promas CIC Bernie DeLord and Jenny Tarvit, Tamsin Dearing local artist and Valerie Peacock carer. The event was also attended by Kathy Pope Acting manager for Social Care, Learning and Development at Cornwall Council.
Total funds raised from the event was 618.90. Special thanks to Ben and the team for a fabulous afternoon and delicious food. Huge thanks to St Justin and Agapanthus for their generous donations to the raffle. Thanks also to the following businesses for their donation to the raffle: Delicious Deli, Marazion, Pure Nuff Stuff Penzance, Cobble Corner, Marazion and Peter Walker Jeweller’s Penzance.
